1. What type of products do you sell?
We provide wart care products designed to support skin wellness. Please note that our products are not a substitute for professional medical treatment. Always consult a doctor if you have serious skin concerns.
2. Are your products safe?
Yes, our products are made with quality ingredients. However, results vary, and we recommend doing a patch test before full use. If you have allergies or medical conditions, consult your healthcare provider first.
3. Do you guarantee results?
No. Everyone’s skin reacts differently, so results may vary. We cannot guarantee that the product will work the same way for everyone.
4. How do I place an order?
You can order directly on our website by selecting your product, adding it to your cart, and completing checkout. Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit card, Paystack, Flutterwave, or Cash on Delivery (if available in your location).
5. How long does delivery take?
Nationwide delivery across Nigeria typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur due to courier or external factors.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer local and international shipping, which is why our prices are in USD.
7. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Unfortunately, used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and health safety reasons.
8. When am I eligible for a refund?
Refunds are only given if:
The wrong product was delivered.
The product arrived damaged.
The product had expired before delivery.
9. How do I request a return or refund?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone with your order details and proof (such as photos). If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
10. Who pays for return shipping?
If the error is ours (wrong/damaged/expired product), we will cover the cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
11. Is my personal information safe with you?
Yes. We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). Your personal details are used solely for processing orders and will never be shared with or sold to third parties.
